Since its initial public offering in 1994, Compagnie des Alpes and its individual shareholders have enjoyed a close relationship built on trust. This level of mutual commitment and respect has led to a higher number of registered shareholders, and the company rewards them for their loyalty with special offers at the Group's most successful resorts and parks.

This is why we decided to create the Compagnie des Alpes Shareholders' Club in September 2005.
More than anything else, this club is a privileged meeting place. As a member of the Club, you will receive the Shareholders' Newsletter and invitations to special events (shareholders' conferences, public meetings, etc.) on a regular basis. If you hold 200 shares or more, you will be eligible for exclusive introductory offers that will help you get to know the Group and its activities under special conditions.

Conditions for becoming a Club member and terms for the introductory offers are detailed in the general regulations, which may be downloaded below. Get the information you need and find out one of Compagnie des Alpes sites. At the request of numerous shareholders, we have added another new feature: introductory offers reserved for Club members may now be transferred to family members.

If you join the Club before September 30, 2008, you will benefit from introductory offers starting this winter. After receiving your membership request, which may be downloaded here, we will send you detailed offers for winter 2008-2009 and summer 2009, along with the list of ski areas and leisure sites where they apply.


(1) The introductory offers reserved for Club members may not be used in conjunction with or exchanged for any promotional offer from companies within the Compagnie des Alpes Group.
