Any Compagnie des Alpes shareholder who joins the Club before September 30 in a given year and meets the requisite shareholding conditions may select a free winter or summer introductory offer for that season. The season is the winter or summer immediately following the September 30 deadline.
In November of each year, Club members will receive a signup form that must be returned to Compagnie des Alpes before December 15 for winter offers and March 31 for summer offers. They will be asked to select among the winter and summer options described below. They must also prove that they still hold at least 200 or 400 CDA shares by supplying a copy of their last bank statement or certificate. This step if not required if the shares are registered ("pure" or "managed").
1. Winter introductory offer: free skiing for 2 or 6 days This two-day pass may be used at any one of the following ski areas: Trois Vallées (entry at Menuires or Méribel Les Allues only), Espace Killy (Tignes, Val d'Isère), Paradiski (Les Arcs, La Plagne, Peisey-Vallandry), Le Grand Massif (Flaine, Samoëns, Morillon), Serre-Chevalier, Chamonix.
Compagnie des Alpes triples this introductory offer for Club members who hold 400 shares: six free days at any one of the above ski areas.
When completing their forms, Club members must choose the ski area they would like to visit during the winter and, if applicable, attach proof of shareholding. Compagnie des Alpes will then send them an exchange voucher for a two- or six-day pass for use at the selected resort.
2. Summer introductory offer: 2 or 6 free entry passes for leisure sites The two entry passes may be used at any one of the following parks: Parc Astérix, Mer de Sable, Musée Grévin, Aquarium de Saint Malo, Planète Sauvage, Bagatelle.
Compagnie des Alpes triples this introductory offer for Club members who hold 400 shares: six free entry passes for any one of the above parks.
When completing their forms, Club members must choose the leisure site they would like to visit during the summer and, if applicable, attach proof of shareholding. Compagnie des Alpes will then send them an exchange voucher for use at the selected park.
3. Validity and transfer of introductory offers These offers give rise to exchange vouchers that are only valid for the season for which they were issued at the chosen ski resort or leisure site. They may not be used in conjunction with or exchanged for any promotional offer from companies within the Compagnie des Alpes Group. In particular, under no circumstances may they give rise to any full or partial cash refund.
They may be transferred to eligible parties, i.e., the children, grandchildren, and spouses of CDA Club members.
4. Special conditions for the Club's launch
Any Compagnie des Alpes shareholder who joined the Club before September 30, 2007, and meets the requisite shareholding conditions (at least 200 or 400 shares, including one registered share) may select a free winter 2007-2008 or summer 2008 introductory offer.
