decentralized structure that enables a combination
of flexibility at the local level with greater overall
efficiency.
The operating companies are run by operational teams
with in-depth knowledge of local issues. These teams
are fully responsible for the on-site operations
and earnings of the companies they manage. In particular,
they have significant autonomy in terms of employee
recruitment policies and organizing business (schedules,
maintenance, safety). They are also responsible
for locally applying general policies established
by Compagnie des Alpes in a variety of spheres,
including investments, marketing, rates, and customer

Based in Boulogne-Billancourt, the
parent company Compagnie des Alpes is the nerve
center of the network of Group companies. In addition
to classic functional services such as consolidation,
accounting regulations, bulk purchases, financing,
and stock market relations, it is also the place
where decisions involving the Group and its growth
strategy are made. These measures are then applied
on a local level by the subsidiaries. |
