Drawing on its leading experience as an operator of ski areas and leisure parks, Compagnie des Alpes has developed a consulting business in France and internationally.
CDA Management teams work both within Compagnie des Alpes sites and as external experts on consulting assignments.
From concept development and site positioning to master planning, construction and operational assistance, and launch preparation, they operate across the entire value chain, while taking into account environmental considerations and local identities.
€60 million invested, 30 projects carried out simultaneously, 500 workers from all trades, 130 companies involved, and only 9 months to reinvent the Jardin d’Acclimatation: this was the challenge successfully met by the site teams, LVMH and Compagnie des Alpes – an emblematic achievement illustrating the innovative partnerships the Group is now capable of delivering. Through CDA Management, Compagnie des Alpes provided owner’s representative assistance, project management and commercialisation.
In ski areas, the teams provided operational support during the first opening seasons of the new Chinese resort in Thaiwoo, as well as technical assistance and the development of a four-season activity strategy. In 2022, the resort hosted several events of the Beijing Winter Olympics.
