Wide-ranging expertise
Developed as a complement to the historical core activities of the Compagnie des Alpes, the transversal expertise brings together key know-how in engineering, design, experience creation, and territorial support. These skills are applied across ski resorts, leisure parks, and distribution & hospitality activities, while also extending to external partners, in France and internationally.
This expertise allows the Group to capitalize on proven skills, share them internally, and deploy them consistently, supporting sustainable projects anchored in their territories and generating value.
Ingelo: an integrated chain of expertise, from engineering to the field
Founded in 2011, Ingelo supports the Group’s sites in technical studies, engineering, design, fabrication, and construction projects, both in ski resorts and leisure parks.
Cable lifts, artificial snow, slopes, site development, technical buildings, or specialized equipment: Ingelo applies its expertise to deliver efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible projects. This expertise was further strengthened in 2024 with the acquisition of SOMERM (Société de Montage et d’Entretien de Remontées Mécaniques), a Savoyard company founded in 1987. This gave birth to Ingelo Montage, a field-focused entity complementing upstream engineering with full operational mastery.
CDA Management: designing, structuring, and supporting territorial projects
Experts in the design, development, and operation of ski resorts and leisure parks, the CDA Management teams work both within Compagnie des Alpes’ sites and as external consultants in France and internationally, supporting stakeholders seeking to enhance the attractiveness of their territories. Concept development, site positioning, master planning, construction and operations assistance, launch preparation: the teams intervene while respecting the environment and local identities.
Grévin Workshops: creative know-how for the guest experience
With the historical Grévin workshops, the Compagnie des Alpes has unique expertise in creating immersive experiences. Sets, scenography, costumes, molds, props, and storytelling: these skills strengthen park identity and contribute to the quality of the visitor experience. Recognized as a Living Heritage Company, the Grévin workshops embody the union of artisanal know-how, creativity, and innovation, serving demanding cultural and tourist projects.
CDA Product Development: from experience design to storytelling
As part of the Compagnie des Alpes’ gradual growth in creating differentiating experiences, CDA Product Development brings together the expertise dedicated to designing, scripting, and storytelling projects for the Group. This entity is involved at all key stages of a project (concept definition, visitor journey design, storytelling, theming, and overall experience consistency) to deliver immersive, coherent experiences tailored to the identity of each site and territory.
