Employee commitment and motivation are key priorities at CDA, as we believe that satisfaction and quality of life at work are the seeds from which innovation grows. Very High Satisfaction (VHS) among employees leads to Very High Satisfaction among customers. Our equal devotion to both sets of stakeholders is a commitment that we foster from one season to the next.
For Compagnie des Alpes, customer satisfaction is a key performance indicator that is measured on an ongoing basis. In 2017, this approach was extended to all employees at all subsidiaries. The employee satisfaction survey encourages collective thinking in order to identify areas of improvement and develop appropriate action plans.

The Group believes that Very High Customer Satisfaction can be achieved by prioritising the employee experience through initiatives such as the Single Customer/Employee Experience (ECU) programme rolled out at Futuroscope in 2018. Based on attentive listening to what employees have to say in direct relationship with the customer, the programme synthesises information gathered from HR departments and customers, thereby enhancing both strategy and operational initiatives.
