For more than 35 years, Compagnie des Alpes has been creating value-added leisure activities in the renowned ski resorts and leisure parks it operates, drawing on its operational excellence and the quality of its services.

Founded in 1989, it now operates 10 of the most beautiful mountain resorts in the Alps, 13 renowned leisure parks, outdoor mountain activities, and is the co-leader in 5-a-side soccer and the leader in padel tennis. It is also the leading network of real estate agencies in the Alps, the leading French mountain tour operator, and the second-largest operator of club residences and holiday villages in the French Alps.

Its goal? To enable everyone to reconnect with themselves and others by experiencing exceptional moments in extraordinary locations.

Regularly recognized for the quality of its offerings and the unique concepts it develops, CDA innovates to surprise and bring great satisfaction to its customers.

Installation of photovoltaic carports structures in parks

Launch of energy deployment (18.6 MWp) with the installation of photovoltaic carports structures, 440 charging stations, and production covering approximately 25% of electricity needs at Parc Astérix, Futuroscope, and Walibi Rhône-Alpes.

Acquisition of Sport4Lux via Urban

Through its subsidiary Urban Soccer, CDA has acquired Luxembourg's leading five-a-side soccer and padel center: a new milestone in Urban's European development and a first step in the rollout of new projects in a strategic area with strong potential.

A fourth star for CDA

CDA retains its title of “World's Best Ski Resort Group,” renewed for the fourth consecutive year at the World Ski Awards. This new distinction as “World's Best Ski Resort Group” underscores our commitment and illustrates the strength of our model.

CDA wins Pralognan la Vanoise contract

CDA has been selected by Pralognan-la-Vanoise (Savoie) to award the public service delegation contract for the development and operation of its mountain resort (alpine ski area, Nordic ski area, and reservation center). The contract is for a period of 25 years.

Resorts commit to sustainable tourism

Leading ski resorts have launched the Global Sustainability Ski Alliance, the first initiative of its kind in the ski industry. By joining forces, members are amplifying their individual efforts, pooling their resources and expertise to make even greater progress in reducing CO2 emissions and promoting sustainable innovations in ski tourism.

Launch of the Travelski Night Express

This winter, CDA is relaunching its night train service to the Alps. Supported by Travelski, this new carbon-free service builds on the experience gained from the Travelski Express during the 2021/22 and 2022/23 seasons, as well as on the commitment of local partners.
