Created in 2023 from the merger of the Group’s real estate agencies under a single brand, Mountain Collection Immobilier is now the leading network of real estate agencies in the French Alps.

For many years, in response to the decline of tourist residence beds—due to the inherent commercial lease cycle in French ski resorts, the slowdown in new property development, and reduced efficiency in the traditional rental sector—Compagnie des Alpes has gradually developed a new expertise in accommodation at the resorts where it operates, acting as a facilitator, catalyst, and sometimes investor. Thanks to its local presence, real estate expertise, and ability to structure high-quality accommodation offerings, Mountain Collection Immobilier directly contributes to the attractiveness and performance of the mountain destinations managed by CDA.

Mountain Collection Immobilier relies on a network of over 30 agencies located in a dozen major French Alpine resorts, including Les Arcs, La Plagne, Tignes, Val d’Isère, Méribel, Les Menuires, Serre Chevalier, and Flaine. The network markets and manages more than 2,500 properties, from studios to high-end chalets, representing several thousand tourist beds throughout the resorts. It provides comprehensive support: seasonal rentals, property transactions, rental management, co-ownership management, concierge services, and renovation assistance.
