MMV’s commitment to social and environmental responsibility is formalised through its “Edelweiss 2030” strategic plan.
This approach is reflected in 19 properties holding the Green Key certification, reductions in water and energy consumption, efforts against food waste, sourcing from short supply chains and local producers, and awareness-raising initiatives for both guests and teams.

The Le Serra Neva residence in Serre Chevalier embodies this dynamic. Inaugurated in winter 2025–2026, it showcases MMV’s expertise and directly contributes to the sustainable provision of tourist beds in a major Southern Alps resort.
