Working together to achieve Very High Satisfaction

Compagnie des Alpes and its subsidiaries employ several thousand people in Europe at nearly thirty sites in France and abroad, doubling the number during the peak season. Including support functions and field staff, the Group workforce spans some 200 different occupations: mechanics, electricians, hotel staff, cooks, operations managers, reception staff, operations agents, attraction operators, ski patrollers, rescue teams, equipment operators, design office engineers, electrical engineers, travel agents and data scientists, as well as sales staff, career managers, accountants, lawyers and project managers of all kinds. Fuelling their respective occupations with passion, creativity and expertise, these women and men work together towards a common goal: delivering an unforgettable experience.

Commitment to diversity, equal opportunities and inclusion

Promoting diversity by avoiding discrimination and raising staff awareness of the importance of professional equality are key priorities of the Group. The number of employees with disabilities has increased by 11% over the last three years. To cater for future demand for skills, the Group also helps young people make the transition from school to work by promoting training/work experience initiatives (over 280 work-study trainees engaged in 2020 at Group locations).
