Since opening in 2016, the museum dedicated to Charlie Chaplin has welcomed nearly 2 million visitors from 80 different countries. With the conviction that a joyful and humanistic view of the world has never been more relevant, Compagnie des Alpes continues to develop this unique and immersive concept, supported by the expertise of Musée Grévin. The objective is to create a cultural entertainment site unlike any other in the world while contributing to the tourist and cultural appeal of the Swiss Riviera.

Located in the Manoir de Ban, the artist’s family home for 25 years, Chaplin’s World features more than 4,000 m² of exhibition space, a 5-hectare park, and a 1,350 m² film studio built and equipped in line with sustainable development and energy-efficiency standards. These spaces are fully integrated into the visitor experience, brought to life by more than 30 wax figures created by the artists of Grévin.

The project also benefited from the expertise of Compagnie des Alpes, with highlights including exclusive video montages, reconstructed film sets, and encounters with legendary screen characters.
