For more than 35 years, Compagnie des Alpes has been creating value-added leisure activities in the renowned ski resorts and leisure parks it operates, drawing on its operational excellence and the quality of its services.

Founded in 1989, it now operates 10 of the most beautiful mountain resorts in the Alps, 13 renowned leisure parks, outdoor mountain activities, and is the co-leader in 5-a-side soccer and the leader in padel tennis. It is also the leading network of real estate agencies in the Alps, the leading French mountain tour operator, and the second-largest operator of club residences and holiday villages in the French Alps.

Its goal? To enable everyone to reconnect with themselves and others by experiencing exceptional moments in extraordinary locations.

First projects of CDA Management, in Russia and in Morocco

The CDA internal entity signs the first project management and operating assistance and consulting contracts in its two business segments: in Russia for the Rosa Khutor ski resort (2014 Sochi Olympic Games), and in Morocco, at Casablanca, for the leisure parks.

Sale of 7 non-strategic parks

CDA sells controlling stakes in Bagatelle, the Aquarium of Saint-Malo, the Mini Chateaux park and the Aquarium of the Loire Valley, the Aquaparc de Bouveret in Switzerland, Avonturenpark Hellendoorn in the Netherlands, and Pleasurewood Hills in the United Kingdom.
