For more than 35 years, Compagnie des Alpes has been creating value-added leisure activities in the renowned ski resorts and leisure parks it operates, drawing on its operational excellence and the quality of its services.

Founded in 1989, it now operates 10 of the most beautiful mountain resorts in the Alps, 13 renowned leisure parks, outdoor mountain activities, and is the co-leader in 5-a-side soccer and the leader in padel tennis. It is also the leading network of real estate agencies in the Alps, the leading French mountain tour operator, and the second-largest operator of club residences and holiday villages in the French Alps.

Its goal? To enable everyone to reconnect with themselves and others by experiencing exceptional moments in extraordinary locations.

Compagnie des Alpes relaunches the London - Moûtiers - Bourg Saint Maurice rail link

This door-to-door transport service will be offered by Travelski as a dynamic package, combining transport, transfers, accommodation and ski passes from September 2021.

Capital increase and relaunch

After a year of COVID, CDA is launching a capital increase in order to relaunch its investment dynamic to promote the attractiveness of the territory, the Very High Satisfaction of its customers and to consolidate its position as a major player in European leisure and tourism.

Signing of funiflaine contract

The group composed of CDA, POMA, ATMB and Crédit Agricole des Savoie has been awarded the DSP of the Funiflaine valley elevator. For Dominique Thillaud, CDA General Manager: "much more than a mobility device, Funiflaine is the link between public and private, between summer and winter, between economy, territory and environment".

A new cycle (appointments and organization)

New CEO, new Deputy CEO and COMEX appointments. In order to return to the profitable growth trajectory of the pre-Covid era, operations are being reorganized around 3 divisions: 
- Winter/Summer Mountain Resorts - Ski Areas and Outdoor Activities
- Winter/Summer Mountain Resorts - Distribution and Hospitality
- Leisure Parks
